Graduated from Hotel Tourism University in Bali and hold a hotel administrator certification from ALHEI USA, Sudirga has sales experience over 10 years with Bali local chain Hotels and also work as a Resort Manager in four star hotel under Fast growing Bali based hotel Management company. His career has taken him to many places outside Indonesia such as Malaysia, Singapore, China, Vietnam, Australia and Hong Kong. Sudirga will be responsible for planning, budgeting and executing the sales strategy and work closely with the Unit Manager each hotel managed by Pramana, and Deal with Media both offline and online as well as the local and wholesale agent partner.

Friends called him Leon. His distinguished career was start as Front Desk attendant after completed his study at Bali Tourism University until the latest position as Villa Manager under well established Villa management in Bali. Continuing his tenure with joining one of the biggest cruise line for almost seven years, brings with him a wealth of operational experience and knowledge in luxury services of each country visited. Besides strengthening the operational components, Leon enforces the Pramana service philosophy delivery on each Pramana hotels with the spirit of Genuine in Simplicity.

A graduate of the hotel tourism university in Bali, His hotel and tourism expertise was started from rank in file to General Manager Level.
Since joining a hotel management company as Managing Director in 2011, Wardika has passion in detail conceptual designrespected the Balinese culture to blend with the environment.
A passionate hotelier and a creative innovator, he was the driving force behind the Pramana Hotels and its brand delivery. As CEO, Wardika oversees all operational partnerships and leads in the expansion of this boutique branded lifestyle platform.

A Balinese talented chef who began his career in the hospitality industry with the latest position as executive chef in one of the Leading star Resort in Bali.
Graduated from Bali tourism university, Partana has joined as the pre opening of the International hotel chain, and joined the well established cruise line company. With his passionate in food fusion and wide experience in luxury hotels in Bali,
Partana deliver the local Balinese and Indonesian culinary dressed with the International touch. Partana responsible on food and beverage menu development, kitchen operation setup and budgeting on each hotels managed by Pramana with care.
