Following the ongoing culinary series, Pramana Experience proudly hosted “Wine Dinner with Flavours of the Island,” an intimate wine pairing dinner at Kemukus Restaurant, Kuwarasan A Pramana Experience in Ubud, Bali.
Held on Wednesday, 27 May 2026, the exclusive evening invited guests to experience a thoughtfully curated Balinese degustation menu paired with premium selections from Hatten Wines and Two Islands Wines, celebrating the richness of local flavours, culture, and storytelling.
Inspired by the richness of Indonesian culinary traditions, the specially curated menu showcased authentic Balinese ingredients elevated through refined contemporary presentation. Each course was carefully paired with selected wines from Bali’s iconic wine producer, Hatten Wines, creating a harmonious culinary journey throughout the evening.

Guests also enjoyed a refreshing Passion Fruit Sorbet between courses, adding balance and freshness to the dining journey.
Set within the tranquil ambiance of Kuwarasan A Pramana Experience, the evening was further enhanced by traditional Balinese flute performance, creating a warm and immersive atmosphere in the heart of Ubud.
